Forrest better work on his stand-up defense, he ate too many shots from Sinosic. You know titos gonna be in shape as well.

i would love to see forrest KO tito but i aint bettin on it.

Ken Shamrock has almost no chance against Tito, i know thats gonna piss some people off but he really needs to retire.

Yeah I agree, Shamrock may have been good once upon a time...

But that time was a looooooong time ago.

Shamrock definitely doesn't need to be fighting anymore. He is perfect for the coaching role but I have no desire to see him fight again. I'll still be rooting for him but I just don't want to see him get beat down again.

Yeah shamrock is well past his prime now. Over the last 4 years he is what? 4 and 1. Like I have said before I think that Forest is a bigger challange for Tito than Ken is. Ken could be good on TUF 3, but after that I would rather he focuse on rebuilding the Lion's Den. Guys like Rich, Tito, and Sakuraba are beyond him now.

How old is Sakuraba? He's a entertaining and talented fighter.

Ken Shamrock fights the best fighters. He could fight a bunch of lesser fighters and have many more wins than he now does, but he takes on people like Rich Franklin, Kazushi Sakuraba, Dan Frye, and Kimo Leopoldo. Shamrock is 4-6 in his last ten fights. By comparison, Rany Couture is 6-4 in his last ten fights... Couture is older as well, and I am not hearing anyone saying that Couture should retire. So, having said that, I think that Shamrock has some good fights left in him. However, I do not think that he will defeat Tito Ortiz.

Kazushi Sakuraba is no young pup -- he is 37 years old (born 14 Feb. 1968).

Are you serious, I see this comment come up at least once a day in various places and on radio shows and whatnot. I think it is a given after his fight with Chuck. As for Shamrock, like I said previously this guy has accomplished enough, there is no reason for him to keep fighting and risking serious injury. The Lion's Den is more important.

Subgenius Ken isn't in Randy's league right now and you do hear alot of 'is Randy too old now?' I have even heard that some people think that his fight with chuck should be his last fight.

Yeah, you're right. I guess I just do not see Shamrock as all washed up.

I don't think he is all washed up, but he is not as good as he was years ago. And these days Fighters are better then they were when he was in his 'prime.' Not saying he should stop fighting, but I just don't think he will be winning too much anymore. I don't think he can handle Tito or even Forest.
