Think Forest vs. Liddell will ever happen?
Know, don't start slamming me around. I'm not saying Forest could beat Liddell. Just wondering if you think they will ever fight. Or if there is anyone out there that didn't think of the teachers vs. students would ever happen. I think that would draw a huge crowd.

It reamins to be seen just how good Forrest is. But he is still at least a couple fights away from fighting someone the caliber of Liddell. We need to see him against some better oponnents before we can match him up with the top tier guys.

I like Forrest and he is a class act like no other and very comical, but I do not see him going very far. Maybe it's his cool personality that throws me off.
His kindness can be mistaken for weakness when you see him. I do like him though and hope he does well. He's a good guy and great for the sport.

I wasn't a huge fan of the calibur of the fighters on TUF. The only ones that impressed me were Griffen, Sanchez, Quarry, and Schwick. But, I think Forrest will greatly improve. I thought that his fight with Mahood was going to be a non-techniqual slugfest like his fight with Bonnar. But he went to the ground and that surprised me. I think he'll improve a lot and maybe be in the top 20 at LHW.

I just think it would draw a huge crowd. Actually, think, "I know it would draw a huge crowd. Again, I'm not saying that Mr.Forest Griffin deserves it, or that he could beat him. I would just like to see it happen, thats all. Thank you for your input.

I dont think it will happen unless Liddel stays for a long time or Griffin wins a lot in a short time(guys he can really prove himself with).

Is it just me or is Griffins' stand-up a little weak? Didn't he have to go to ground in the two episodes of TUF to get the win because he was being out fought standing? Bonners striking looked the same which made the Griffin -Bonner a good match-up in the TUF live final. I think their lack of striking ability made each other look tougher than what they really are. One thing is for sure, he wouldn't take anywhere near the punches from a Liddell, Belfort etc.. and still be standing.

Forrest is OK but he can't hang with Chuck
I don't think Forrest could beat Babalu for example so a Chuck fight is unlikely but you never know theres not a great depth of talent Chucks already fought everyone although I'd like to see a Belfort rematch

When you say forrest isn't ready to fight someone of Chuck Liddells caliber yet Eilers fought Arloski and there was no way he was ready for that fight. Arloski manhandled Eilers in their fight. Forrest isn't ready for Chuck but that doesn't mea the fight won't happen sometime soon. Eilers is brand new and went against Arloski. So they could fight sooner than you think.

Your right, but that was sort of a freak occurence. The only reason Eilers got that shot is because nobody, and I mean nobody, credible was able to take it. Forrest needs to get a couple more quality wins before he is put in there with the top tier LHW's. I suspect we will see a Griffin vs Bonnar 2 before we see either one of them step up to challenge for the title.

Theres no chance their gonna put these TUF guys in with the top competition yet they have to build them up while their still popular
They'll have Bonnar Griffin 2 and then maybe the winner might face a top guy

I don't think their going to let them fight for a title right away. I just think it's going to be interesting to see if it comes down to it. Tell me that wouldn't draw one hell of a crowd. The funny thing is, I bet most people would root for one of the Tuff guy's win.
