Rare Ufc Fights!!!!

Has anyone else heard of this? I was on ebay and came upon this..............................

Does anyone know what this is? Are these fights on the UFC Hits DVD? I mean i have seen alot of the old fights.but i don't know about these. Has anyone seen or know what fights these are?

Its the first round fights from UFC2...there were 16 fighters, so there were 8 first round fights (which werent shown on the dvd, apart from the Royce Gracie fight) and then the 8 winners of those fights went on to fight in the quarter finals.

The seller says in the description that the only people who saw the rest of the first round fights were the people who bought the PPV, so maybe he recorded it at the time?

btw I havent seen UFC Hits so I cant say if these fights appear on there.

This guy recorded the PPV event, and is now selling the fights that weren't on the DVD.

Basically the guy is admitting to pirating copyrighted material and now trying to sell it, but if UFC does not care then why should anyone.

Well, if someone reported it to ebay, it would be removed, but someone may want to see these fights. Sometimes the undercard is exciting too, and this is the only way someone will get to see them! It's illegal, but so are lots of things that get looked over every day.

i don't think ebay cares much about legality really, as long as they get their money and they can cover their backs.

people sell bootleg records / mix sets all the time on there.

Yes, but someone reported a seller that I'd ordered my BJJ instructional DVD from and they removed all of his listings and paypal returned everyones money. They don't care unless someone reports/complains about it.

This is true. eBay doesn't monitor everything that is put up. People do sell bootleg stuff all the time. I've been ripped off a few times that way. Thinking I was buying authentic stuff. But if you report something it most likely will be taken down.

I am curious if the DVD coming out next month will include the fights. I am just not positive they have them on tape so they may truly be "lost" unless you can track down a bootleg. That's the thing that sucks about some of the undercard matches in the early UFC's some of them truly are gone.
