i just noticed the Pride 31 unbreakable card. its pretty impressive with some big names on there. with the extra cash from more shows and the amount of exposure the ufc is getting now, i hope they will start to pull talent from other organizations and put cards together with this type of potential time after time...

Pride 31 isn't the best card actually. It's weak compared to the standards that Final Conflict 2005 and Shockwave 2005 set.

ya, i agree with that, but im speaking comparably to the ufc...this card is still somewhat impressive. if the ufc were to be able to put cards together just such as this, it would be an improvement...

It would be a huge improvment to get names like that on their card. All though some of the big names like Nog, Barentt, Hunt, and Jackson are fighting in mismatches, still they're top ten guys.

That's the only thing that is weird about the card though. It's got some of the bigger names all on one card they are just mismatched. Supposedly it has something to do with the OWGP. Supposed to be a qualifier or something. Maybe just to see how the fights will turn out?

ya, thats what i was trying to say, hehe. it seems almost every fight on that card has a big name fighter in it. cant say that of the cards in the ufc just yet.
