I would take Chuck Norris' skills. His answeer to any question in life is a roundhouse kick to the head.
Since 1940, the year Chuck Norris was born, roundhouse kick related deaths have increased 13,000 percent.
Chuck Norris does not need to be smart... he can roundhouse kick smart people in the head to get what he wants. Chuck Norris once tried to defeat Garry Kasparov in a game of chess. When Norris lost, he won in life by roundhouse kicking Kasparov in the side of the face.
In the original pilot for Star Trek Next Generation, Chuck Norris can be seen powering the USS Enterprise warp drive with his roundhouse kicks.
Macgyver can build an airplane out of gum and paper clips, but Chuck Norris can kill him and take it.
If you ask Chuck Norris what time it is, he always says, "Two seconds till." After you ask, "Two seconds to what?" he roundhouse kicks you in the face.
There are no disabled people. Only people who have met Chuck Norris.
The chief export of Chuck Norris is pain.
If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you. If you can't see Chuck Norris, you may be only seconds away from a roundhouse kick to the head.
When Chuck Norris was denied a Bacon McMuffin at McDonalds because it was 10:35, he roundhouse kicked the store so hard it became a KFC.
Chuck Norris' roundhouse kick is so powerful, it can be seen from outer space by the naked eye.
Chuck Norris is Luke Skywalker's real father.
Can Fedor do all that? LOL
CHUCK NORRIS RULZ!

I think for attributes, I'd want to add in conditioning and agility. Conditioning because Phil Baroni has awesome standup for about the first five minutes, and then he's winded. Agility, because speed and quickness are a huge factor in fighting.
So with that said...
Stand-Up: Rich Franklin
Takedowns: Matt Hughes
Ground and Pound: Evan Tanner (only because I hate Tito enough that I don't want to pick him.)
Wrestling: Matt Lindland
Submissions: Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
Takedown Defense: Georges St-Pierre
Conditioning: Jason Miller
Agility: Charles Bennett

I agree with that, except I would want to put Fedor in with conditioning as well. And, I think that you could flip the positions of Mirko and Liddell on that list and it would still be awesome.

My not so scientific approach based on (past/present) favs:
Stand-Up: Mirko Filipović (Kicks) / Vitor Belfort (Hands)
Takedowns: Mark Coleman/Kevin Randalman (both took down Fedor...good enough for me! LOL)
Clinch: Wanderlei Silva
Ground and Pound: Fedor Emelianenko / Mark Kerr (In his prime)
Wrestling/Ground Work: Dan Henderson / Couture (early) / Royce (early)
Submissions: Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira/Royce (early years)
Conditioning: Cummo
Takedown Defense: Chuck Liddell/Mirko Filipović
Heart: Griffin/Bonnar
Overall Toughness: Oleg Taktarov (In his prime, you coulda split his head open w/a pickaxe and he wouldn't have cared. LOL)
Confidence/Attitude: BJ Penn/Brandon Vera (LOL Between the two of them, and their desired conquests....you've got every single weight class covered)
