This is kind of what I'm talking about. I'm not so sure it's enough to just be a dominant champion -- I feel like you need to accomplish something that no one else has done, or at least something fairly rare. In Randy's case it's holding a championship in two weight classes.
I think Chuck's lining himself up for the HoF, though, because he now holds the record for most UFC wins -- a streak that I'm sure he'll be extending before he packs it in, and he also has a good shot at the longest streak of consectutive title defenses, if he continues to plow through his challengers the way he has been.
