The Ultimate Fighter 3 debut amazing, Ulitmate Fight Night lacking
I was watching the Ultimate Fight Night, and it totally bummed me out to watch. It had no finishes in the whole televised fights. Leben looked slower, Joe practised on his back the whole time, and Rashad had no willingness to pass guard. I think Dana didnt let Joe interview Rashad because of how angry he would've been with Rashad. And finally, Keith got the biggest screwover ever in MMA.
On a brighter note, The ultimate fighter 3 had an amzing debut in my opinion. They have amazing fighters and there definitely will be some controversy with some of the fighters. I am so stoked to see the rest of the show.

Ultmate Fight Night was not lacking, the fights were great, exciting, and we had some unexpected events. Like Joe Stevenson getting beat so badly.
Only negative part could be some of the decision's that occurred, but otherwise the fights were ALL good.

If we could have seen all of the fights, rather than just those four televised, then it would have been a better fight card to watch, IMO. I wish that they would just get Spike TV to let them have a three or four hour special for UFN. It is not every week, and so it would become more like an event than just four fights.

the only fight that's was good was neer vs. joe. I doubt leben even trained for his opponet and it showed. Rashad mma ground game sucks like I've been saying all along.

Josh Neer and Keith Jardine were two of the only highlights that night, and Keith Jardine got shafted...I thought it pretty much sucked! Better than watching Survivor but the fights weren't very good and the Judges were terrible most of the night.

ya, i agree that jardine got the shaft, but there is one good thing that will happen for him out of that. id almost guarantee that he will come out of that fight with way more fans now than he had going in. that guys is going to become a crowd favorite in the near future....

Anytime I see Joe/bonnar bloodied it can't be that bad to me... Leben's fight was, well, a joke though.
it's all history now...
this saturday, fellas --and ladies. should be great.

The only fighters I was impressed with were Neer and Jardine. Neer proved is dominance on top and Jardine was just incredibly good in the ring. Rashad seemed not to want to pass guard, even when he was in side mount, without Sam doing anyting, he would just end up in full guard again.
But The Ulitmate Fighter 3 was just an amzing debut. There are so many talented fighters on the show.

Makes me wonder how different TUF3 would have been if Burkman and Gulliard wouldn't have fought each other.
Personally I think if Stevenson fought Gulliard it would be a nightmare Stevenson couldn't wake up from. Gulliard is a lot stronger and athletic than him. So Joe wouldn't be able to get him down consistently. And Gulliard would beat him senseless standing.
