Gotta love it. I can only imagine what it's going to get like later in the week. I am going to call an upset of Levens over Tanner. I'm rooting for Tanner but I think he's going down.

wow what a f'kin card!!!!!
Arlovski is gonna destroy Sylvia, I rate Sylvia as a super baddaass and he has the MFS in the house but it's hard to see anyone with the game to match Arlovski. Should be an awesome brawl.:sport-smi
Forrest is looking good and I love the dude but Ortiz is an uber stud and is on the comeback trail. Be a tough fight for Ortiz, I don't htink he's fought anyone as nuts as Grif but Ortiz knows his way around the mat. Be real nice to see some patented team punishment gnp.
Diaz needs a win...so will take it, although the muscle midget will be like a spring to keep hold of.
I can't believe how awesome this card is, hopefully the UFC is gonna get back to its former glory, past few have been pretty tame. Big faces back in the frame!!
Tanner to bust someone else's face open for a change
Monson fight should be good, he might gas out on the giant though.
The heat will win without doubt.
I gotta wait a day though for the night of battle being over in the UK, me and my boys are all coming round for drinks, snacks and ultimate fighting awesome-ness. Gonna rule!!

I was listening to MMA Radio today and they brought up some good points. Depending on the ref, fights get stood up alot quicker lately to keep things going. Tito does stay busy but depending on the ref (some are bigger on improving your position rather than just throwing punches) the more they get stood up the better Forrests chances are.

Yeah cool descriptions huh! For me between Evan Tanner Vs. Justin Levens I will go for Evan Tanner too! I think he is one of the best fighter as I have seen his previous fights.
But the fighter that I am rooting for is Andrei Arlovski, I think I don't need to explain why? If you seen his previous fights on UFC you will know what I mean!
And for Tito Ortiz Vs. Forrest Griffin! I think Tito is also one of the best fighters, but I will go for Griffin! he is now well prepared for this fight!

I'm going to be at the Anaheim Pond watching this event in person and I can't wait!!! The electricity that is building up with me and my friends that are going is unreal man! I get to see my favorite fighter, Andrei, tear Sylvia a new one!! As for Tito and Forrest, I'd really like to see forrest win, but at the same time Tito has paid his dues, and I would not be upset if it didn't turn out that way, Forrest definitely has his hands full with this one!! Others I'd like to see win are Sherk and Tanner.

Just hypes me up man to know how many real good fights are on the card, better than the last 3 put together!! Not often the undercard is as exciting as the main...there's like 4/5 main event fights. Sweeeeet!!
Andrei just has far too much killer in him and Sylvia, as much as I love him and the MFS, hasn't got enough. He can hit like a train but AA can bounce around like a lightweight and is quicker then a real fast train...goin real fast...and hits like a real fast train...goin real fast and hard into something hard.
I'm torn with Tito and Grif, Forrests' unpredictability and eagerness will see him well against Ortiz as he is more methodical and clean with his style. A few loose swinging monkey punches could ruffle the bad boy...then again on the ground, a few loose Ortiz signature series elbows could push a refs stoppage. Tito in the third, although either to win wouldn't bother me.

Well, I think I'm in the minority here because I'm not as hyped up about this card as I have been about others and hopefully will be in the future. My reason for thinking this way is that I feel the AA/Sylvia fight is a foregone conclusion... I know that anything CAN happen in MMA, especially when you have someone as big and strong as Sylvia, but I'm almost 200 percent positive that AA will destroy Tim again. I mean, who has Tim actually beaten? He beat big Dan Mcgee when Mcgee was carrying his fists chest height (why???) and he got suspended right after that fight for being on steroids!!! His last fight (Silva?) I thought was a very unimpressive victory. Meanwhile Arlovski has destroyed everything they can throw at him. Let's face facts here people... the UFC doesn't have a decent heavyweight that can challenge Arlovski...PERIOD!
I am looking forward to Tito/Griffin. I'm going to say Tito wins this via GnP. That is if he fights a smart fight and takes it to the ground without getting popped. I've noticed that Tito has no chin lately.. almost looks like he's had a few concussions and they're starting to pile up.
The rest of the card doesn't overly excite me, but I hope I'm proven wrong.
Anyways, I'll be at the local watering hole to watch this one again. I know I spend more cash there than i would if i ordered it at home, but it's a good time at least.
ps. GSP vs Hughes and any undercard would excite me more.

Awww man you can't be serious. This card is far more exciting than the past couple of UFC events, I've been pretty disappointed at the lack of quality bangers recently, I mean how on earth can the likes of Buentello be a main event fighter?
I do agree with you though about the man AA, he just cannot be touched PERIOD, there are no guys with the ability, strength and killer instinct to even come close. Sylvia is awesome, a baaddaass but what has he done recently? I think Arlovski will pick his punches at forst then just pile in, like he did with Freeman, he'll make Sylivia look like a scared kid in a playground. Beatdown in the first, under 3 minutes.
Karo, Diaz, Tito, Tanner are all good fights. Gonna rock dude. :sport-smi

Hey, personally want forrest to win, i`ve always liked Tito, but Forrest has got to be the future champ! not too bothered about the heavyweights, but guess AA will get that win again, Tanner to win aswell.
Ive just stumbled across this site, looks wicked, nice to read some posts by educated/well informed mma fans! many thanks!!!
Bring on UFC 60 Hughes vs Gracie!!!

Sylvia has a punchers chance and that's about it. If Arlovski can avoid getting tagged, he'll win this fight easily. I'm going for Forrest but I think Tito is gonna take this. He has too much experience. I think Forrest might be biting off more than he can chew. I'm hoping Tanner takes his fight against Levens. Also rooting for Diaz, and Karo.

AA is too fast for Sylvia. If AA would just stand still Sylvia would win for sure.
Ortiz was a great fighter back in the day. He beat a lot of greats. Griffin is my pick on this one. I really do not think Ortiz will be ready for griffin. I think Forest is going to KO Tito by the end of the 1st.
Of couse Tanner is going to smash Levens.
I'm excited to see Diaz again. He is a great fighter. He will win on intensity. 2nd round KO......
Bottom line is that it is going to be a great night..... Loads of action and lots of stopages.........
I really don't think that any of these fights will go the distance.
