Default Sprawl To Victory

If any of the top LHW can sprawl like Liddell or Babalu they will have no problem beating Tito. I think Tito showed everyone how to beat him. I gurantee if Tito and Forrest fight again Forest will win.

also, if the same tito that fought forrest shows up to fight chuck or babalu, tito wont win either fight....

so do i. i dont think we will see the same shamrock that we saw against tito the first time. he had some personal issues he was dealing with that prevented him from training like he normally did....thats what he says lead to him performing poorly and gassing out early. that and the fact that he had to cut down to 205, which he says he wont do again due to the impact his performance takes.

i just hope tito rehabs the leg and is in shape and healthy when they fight. i dont want to hear him blaming any problems or even a potential loss to him being injured before they fight....

Like I said in another thread. If Tito fought like he did in the first round he could beat almost anyone at 205. He didn't do the LnP that he had been doing. It was vicious elbows and they were cracking Forrest real good. Also the knee was a factor into Forrests sprawl becoming so good all of a sudden between rounds.

thats true about his leg. i think its in the second round, where forrest lands a leg kick to tito's injured leg and it buckled and it looked like he almost fell down. i was thinking "ya, hes got a hurt leg with that brace on." after seeing that....

lol thanks angry, i think your point is pretty obvious... also factor in the injury... that tito wont fight with torn ligaments either. and he STILL won.
that first round was as dominent as can be, and no one in LHW can handle that... past that, if tito doesnt do that true he would lose, but he is very hard to submit, and has amazing defense now...

Forrest is not that great at sprawling. But most of the top LHW will stop his takedowns just like Randy and Chuck
