Thumbs up Vera vs Silva added to UFC 60

brandon Vera vs Assuerio Silva. Should be a good fight, Last time we saw Silva he basically didn't do much of anything against Sylvia so maybe this time we will be able to see what he has!

I think that Brandon Vera is on a winning streak. I hope that he will KO Silva. It would be nice to see Vera fight Sylvia in a few months...

Well, I have a feeling we didn't see the real Ausserio Silva when he fought Tim Sylvia. He was feeling the first-time butterflies, and you could tell that. I think he will be much more dangerous and focused this time around, and I'm predicting a KO from him.

Brandon Vera is on a roll, but Silva may stop it. I just think Silva is going to be one the best HWs in the UFC for a long time.

I think that Ausserio Silva showed that he has the potential to be a good striker when he's not so rediculously outreached. His strikes at first looked very clean and it was only until the reach advantage started getting to him that he started lunging in at Tim.

I think this will be a very good fight and really show how good Vera really is. I like both fighters, I think Silva could give Vera trouble on the ground but Vera's first fight he showed alot of good sweeps and scrambles, stand up advantage has to go to Vera. I think Vera comes out on top on this one.

I say winner fights Tim, loser fights AA...of course I don't have a say, but if I did, that's what I would say :P

I wanna see Tim vs Paul real bad... that'd be a fast fight either way I bet.
As for this fight... Vera wins -- unless the huge beast takes him down alot.

I agree. Silva definitely wasn't the agressive type that he usually is when he fought Tim but now if you put it in perspective Tim, the HW champ wasn't able to put him away, so it shows the dude is pretty tough. Now that he has that first fight behind him, at least hopefully he isn't still stuck on that, then maybe he'll show up and make it an awesome fight. I like Vera a lot but really want to see Silva do well.
