Ity looks like Goulet vs Cummo was the last fight of the night despite Silva vs Leben being the main event. I thought The Goulet fight was made a prelim. with Gurgel/Hominick being put on the main card and they were doing it to fill time at the end but Sherdog has that as the last fight of the night.

I can't believe they televised the McDonald fight. That would've been the last fight I'd expect them to televise last night.

I would have liked to see the Hominick fight, but the Goulet fight was very good, if any fight should not have been televised was the Evans snooze fest.

They televised the Hominick fight. It was the first fight of the night. And it wasn't particularly entertaining.

It wasn't? I thought the Hominick-Gurgel fight was amazing! Just because they weren't swinging for the fences, doesn't mean it wasn't a great fight. Both guys were focused and busy the entire fight, it was very strategic, the tide shifted back and forth several times. I loved that fight. Mark Hominick's got reflexes like Krazy Horse Bennett, the way he slips and dodges.

Was disappointed to see Cummo lose only if he could have squeezed a little more he would of had Goulet, hopefully he can have some more chances in the future.
Oh whats with the thrid judge loving to give out the 29-29 scorecard, guess he could not brin g himself to declare a winner, but the 2 matches were close.

Yeah, but that armbar was worth the price of admission. That was awesome!
As for the Hominick/Gurgel fight, it was very solid. I was impressed with both guys, and I wasn't sure Hominick won. I had round one very close, although everyone seemed to think Hominick won it easily.
If only it would have gone to the ground, the fight would have been even better.
But I still thought it was good.
