for the record I am not a Diego hater. I just am not a fan..He has proven to be an excellent fighter, I just dont like him. Its no different than me not liking Hughes. I believe Hughes is the second best WW on the planet but I always root against him. I root against Chuck. I root against Tim. I however respect them all as competitors. I just am not a fan. Whats wrong with that? I like Tito and BJ and Rashad. I think Diego has joined the group with them as in it seems like you are a fan of theirs or you come off as you hate them..Just go thru the posts here. Very few can be objective when talking about any of those four fighters...Why is that?? I dont know

Diego is a bit "weird". A lot of people don't like that. Some don't care. Others can sympathize.
Tito, despite all else, has the ability to stimulate emotion in people. That usually falls heavily one way or the other.
BJ, has a lot of natural talent. That alone is enough to draw a lot of people in permanently. He also has not lived up to his potential on a few occassions. When you have it, but don't fully use it, that is enough to make some people crazy against you.
Rashad is similar to BJ. Has the ability and the athleticism, but doesn't often live up to his potential. I find it's very easy to love or hate those kind of people.

I don't hate Diego. I just don't like him. Ever since the asparagus thing, I think Bonnar has it correct.
He's a mo mo.

Why do you have to bash on the fighter like that? You could have said that better with a dozen different variations without it being a bash on the guy that gets in the octagon and wins fights. Bashing on the fighters is definately gay. Whatever "gay" even means these days. It has had like 101 new definitions added in the past three years.

Yeah, I hate it when people bash on a fighter that is undefeated and proves that he is getting better. I can understand not liking the fighter as a person, but attacking him like that is not what these forums seemed to have been built upon. That is fodder for Sherdog.

my issue with not liking diego is just not liking him as a person. in all of his pre fight talks he's very selfish, and seeing him on TUF1 aswell, we know he is.
i respect his skills, but he's very very beatable

when did you meet the man, the myth, the diego???
he is so beatable that everyone is doing it? **** man, this isnt diet pepsi, this is diego ****in sanchez!!!
i am not sure what that means or what it was even intended to mean, but check this out: many dont like diego as a person, but many (id bet most) havent met the man. secondly, editing and holograms can make a reality show appear far more biased than in real life (see tito's head on tuf 3, looked normal size didnt it, DIDNT IT??). lastly, everyone says he is beatable, i am not suggesting he isnt, but he has dominated everyone he has been pitted against.
hate for diego stems in large part from envy, self -hate and diet pepsi. dont believe me, then offer irrefutable proof that i am wrong. some folks say cucumbers taste better pickled...(shrugs shoulders)

I do not envy Diego Sanchez, I am happy with myself, and I have nothing to do with diet Pepsi and I still don't like Diego.

Diego is a hard trained, strong willed fighter, with lots of expectation. Only problem is, he is limited in his public statement, making it seems somewhat retared, or weirdo to some people. But overall, he is what he is, an aggressive fighter, fight to win, working hard to achieve his goal. And he will get the title belt of the UFC's welterweight crown when he challenges it, when the time is right. I do not favor any fighter at all, but only judge them on performance, not by wins, losses, but by the way they actually carry themselves in a fight. Diego is the one. Relligion is like an extra team member, more likely an invisible coach, to guide his spirit, to feed him energy and confidence into a fight, if you will.

By dominated I assume you mean that he barely got the decision over Alessio, Diaz and Karo. That dominated word gets abused around here.
