Who can beat Chuck??
I honestly dont think there is a 205 pounder out there that can beat chuck right now. Babalu is a great fighter and Chuck put him away like it was easy. He took Randy out easily, Beat Tito failrly easy, who can touch him?? Maybe he should step up and take the heavyweight belt and match Coutures credentials or possibly talk franklin into bumping back to 205, I believe he has a better shot at catching Chuck on the feet than anyone.

Chuck Liddell isn't invincible, no one is. Before Tim Slyvia won his re-match with Arlovski I would of said that Arlovski would of beat Slyvia on any day of the week. Everyone has their weaknesses and strengths, Chuck Liddells strengths are pretty obvious as well as his weaknesses. It's just a matter of who exposes them and doesn't play the stand up game with Chuck unless there really good at it.
As for who can beat Chuck, I honestly think that there is no one in the UFC that can beat him. If you include all the 205 pounders out there, I think that there are a few that could beat him but I'll doubt we will see any of those match ups anytime soon and that's the problem. To be the best you have to beat the best, and there is no one that could test Chuck within the UFC even if he moves up in weight class. That's why most people want to see Wanderlei Silva vs Chuck Liddell, because it would determine who is thee Undisputed #1 LHW in the World.

Thats a funny answer, your basically contradicting yourself. One sentence you saying hes not invincible and its a matter of who exposes his weakness and the next you saying no one can beat him except maybe Wanderlie?
I know he's not invincible in the long term but right now I just dont see anyone beating him including Wanderlei with the small chance on Brandon Vera dropping down and catching Chuck.

That's with anyone and anything. Life is just that way look at Gracie no one would have thought that his fight with Matt was gonna go that way, Matt used his weakness and played a better and smarter game then pulled out the win. Go Matt!

:sport-smi That's the way you get it in the UFC one competitor out playing the other it just depends on who can adapt their game the quickest and most efficient.

Tito is confident enough going into a fight with just about anyone else...but i think even he realizes he would be LUCKY to come out on top against the Iceman.

Yeah maybe that was all apart of Chuck's counter-attack gameplan. If the other guy connects with a few shots, he'll back down looking like he is rocked but is just lying in wait...
If the other guy takes the bait, thinking thats his BIG oppertunity to end it....*BAM!!* Chuck takes him out.
Sorta like those guys who will go down after a few shots, even though it was'ent enough to knock them down. But they do it on purpose, hoping the other guy will follow them and then they can work they're ground game.
Here though its the opposite, with chuck luring his opponent into STANDING UP with him instead. Usually a BIG mistake.
If that was planned, i gotta hand it to chuck for working the mindgames along with his other skills.

Well said, Chuck does lure people into standing with him, most everyone falls prey to his deceiving stand up game and uncanny ability to stand right back up if he does get taken down.

I think Franklin (given that he got up to 205 again) could take Chuck out pretty easily. Both smart fighters, but if anyone is a better striker than Chuck it's definitely Rich. I'd love to see that fight, but I don't think either fighter is about to go out of their way to see each other in the ring just yet.

Could you please find in that qoute where I said Wanderlei would beat Chuck Liddell? I find it funny that whenever someone mentions that there are people that could beat Chuck Liddell they automatically assume that it's Wanderlei Silva. And I don't know how I'm contradicting myself by saying that he is not invincible and it's a matter of who exposes his weaknesses because that will determine whether or not someone beats Chuck i.e. not invincible.
Anyways I am just curious as the next person to find out who could beat Chuck but chances are we will never find out. It's pretty obvious that Liddell dominates the UFC LHW and I just don't think he'd lose to anyone unless Dana White finds some more talent or brings in other fighters. I'd just like to see some more competition in the LHW division or else we are just going to keep watching 1 Round TKO's main event which is good to an extent but why watch a fight to which you already know the outcome of and prob. going to be on youtube or Daily Motion the next day?
