A second look at Dana Whites summer interview...

In this interview Dana called us all a bunch of "internet retards".

This was a pretty revealing interview, it started off pretty weak but it finished real strong. Its been posted before but its worth another look.

He also answered some questions about how much the top fighters make. He implied they make as much as the top boxers. "would you want people knowing how much you make?" he said.

Dana was also asked to use one word to define himself-- he said "jackass".

Whoa! Dana HATES Stephen Bonnor? Talking about guys he hates and would like to get in the ring with and beat up, he mentions bonnor?

Dana: "Such a scumbag. I just hate this guy so much. I don't want to even give him a plug, mentioning his name"

Yikes.

Edit: Listening again, actually i'm not sure he is talking about Bonnor. A bit hard to tell from the low-MP3 quality. But it sounds like bonnor.

I dont think thats who he was talking about-- if he had a strong dislike for Bonner I can't see him letting the dude fight UFC. I might be wrong but it just seemed like it was somebody else. We'll never know.

No, he said Bonnar was trying to help Dana arrange a fight with a guy Bonnar knows and Dana hates.

I guess I dont really care who it is, I'm just still having a hard time picturing Dana beating anybody up. He'd probably do fine in a scrap but its hard to picture.

Another point I wanted to mention-- I like Dana's attitude about being the UFC president. Sounds like he is a down to earth dude and he's certainly done a great job.
