Probably unless they put something in the contract saying that they can buy-out the contract for however much money.

Actually no. *Usually* the UFC gives 3 fight contracts, with a clause that if the fighter loses, the UFC can cancel the contract.

If a fighter wins a fight, the UFC pretty much has to give him his next fight, and so on and so forth until the fighter loses or the contract is up.
