Clinched, Mishima flipped Joe down, Joe immediate locked a tight GLT on his back. Mishima got out, went to side control, back into Joe's guard. Joe got another GLT while on his back, tight. Mishima tapped.

Joe won by Sub GLT choke rd 1.

Rd 1 -
Mir punching, stepping forward, Brandon threw couple leg kicks. Vera with a clean straight right. Frank try a take down, got a big knee from Vera, Frank went down, Vera got side control, start striking, Mir turns to his left side covering up his face with both hands taking punches fr Vera. Ref stepped in.

Brandon Vera wins by TKO at 1:09 Rd 1

Rd 1 -

Drew with high kick missed, drew rushed in swinging, missed. Clinched, Sakara with a knee, back in the middle of the ring. Both keep standing trading punches. at 3 min. Sakara grab a leg, Drew broke loose. Drew got a take down with body lock at 2min mark. Back on the feet at 1:40 . Sakara landing crisper harder punches. Drew with a good uppercut follow by a good left, Sakara went to the ground, Drew followed down with more striking, Sakara tapped.

Drew won TKO at 4:07 of Rd 1.

Rd 1 -

Lots of faking moves, quick movements around the ring from both. James with a kick to the body. Hector got James on the ground, took his back, got the hooks in. At 2:50 into the round, Hector still riding the back of Irvin, light pnches to the side of Irvin's head and rib. Back on the feet at 1:12. HIgh kick by Hector. High kick return by James. James slipped and fell. :35 sec left. Hector dropped down to side control, more striking, James gives his back, took acouple more strikes fr Hector standing from behind. James got up threw a wild swing. missed. Round 1 ended.


Rd 2 -

Hector got James against th cage, Hector striking away. Back to the middle of the cage, nice left hook from Hector, James threw a superman punched and missed. One big straight right from James Irvin at 2:26 of 2nd round. Hector went down.

James Irvin won TKO rd 2.

Rd 1 -

Jeff shot in, Tim sprawled. Jeff shot in again, ending up with Tim on top. NO action, Big John got them back to the feet. Tim with some good shots. 2:55, Tim avoided another take down. Couple jabs from Jeff. Both trading light jabs in the middle of the cage, not much action. Some booing. Jeff with a good right, Tim return with a missed high kick. End of rd 1.

Rd 2 -
Another nice sprawl by Tim avoiding the take down, 4:12 left. More booing. Some light jabs from Tim. Jeff shot in at 3:24, Tim laying on top. Back on the feet with 2:44 left. Tim avoid another take down attempt. Tim with couple combinations. Jeff with a wild over head swing. Slow action, more booing fr crowd. 1 min remains. Nice right hand by Tim with 10 sec left, Jeff shot in, round 2 ended.

Rd 3 -

Straight jab by Tim, Jeff shot in took Tim down. Jeff in Tim's guard with 4:26 to go. Jeff start punching at the body. Jeff stood up in the guard, Tim try to push away with his legs, Jeff jumped back down in Tim guard. 2:49 to go. Jeff threw a good right, stood up, threw more strikes, Jeff moved to side control, switched, try GLT, back to side control, a knee by Jeff, 1:14 left. Tim turns over, Jeff got a GLT, Tim reversed north and south, got out of GLT, back to the feet. A cut on Jeff's right eye, swelling up. :14 sec to go. Tim with a big semi-jumping knee. Rd 3 ended.

Rd 4 -

Tim got side control with 3:18 to go. Some elbows by Tim. Jeff turns over, sit up, try reversal, Tim now in Jeff half guard. Jeff slipped out back door, end up in Tim's guard with :56 to go. Jeff stood up in Tim's guard, Tim slipped on a triangle, tried arm bar. End of rd 4. Jeff's right eye now swollen, bleeding.

Rd 5 -

Jeff seems gassed, slow action, circling, light jabs fr Tim. Lack of action, Big JOHN breaks in, held both fighters hand, instruct more action. 1:53 left, Jeff shot in Tim sprawled, more booing from crowd. 1:10 left. Not much action till end of round.

Tim Silvia won Unanimous Decision and
remains UFC Heavyweight Champion.

GSP came in the cage looking confident, running around loosening up in the cage.

ok here we go, Rd 1

Rd 1 -

Both exchanging light kicks and jabs in the middle of the cage, 4:06 to go. Some leg kicks by Gsp. Couple quick jabs from Gsp., 3:24 to go. A spinning back kick by Gsp. 2:40 to go. God stiff left jab2 by Matt, one low kick by Gsp to Matt's groin. Figght resumed, Gsp kick low again to Matt's groin. Big John talking to Gsp this time, while Matt's recovering sitting down. Fight resumed at 2:20. More striking exchanged, Gsp with a good left jab, Matt shot in, Gsp spraled. Good low kick fr Matt, Gsp immediately took Matt down with 1:10 to go. Gsp got side control, Matt got up, eating aquick knee from Gsp. 0:34 left. Matt got double under hooks, Gsp threw couple quick strikes and scrambled out. Just before round ended, Gsp threw a couple good strikes Matt went down, big John stepped in at the bell. Matt seemed a bit dazed.

Rd 2 -

Leg kick by Gsp, a few more leg kicks. Stiff jab caught Matt, one big left kick from Gsp to the side of Matt's head. Matt fell down, Gsp followed down with more strikings and elbows. Big John stepped in stopped the fight.

GSP won TKO rd 2
and became the new UFC Welterweight Champion

Rd 1 -

Sherman rushed in trying for a take down, took down, working in the guard of Hardonk. Now in halfguard, 4:14 left. Sherman landing some good right down, some elbows, Hardonk attempt an armbar from the bottom, 2:43 left. Hardonk kicks Sherman away, back to the feet. Big stiff jab by Hardonk, followed by high kick, one straight left hand followed by one chopping leg kick to Sherman's left knee. Sherman went down.

Hardonk won TKO 3:15 rd 1.
