I perfer the triangle. To win a fight from the bottom is impressive to me. The one Ivan Salaverry put on Joe Riggs at UFC 52 is a perfect example. Poor kid didn't know what hit him.

Flying Arm Bar !
Its easy to do and it can be changed on the fly to take them down on thier back or thier face if they fight it to much

Easy to do?.....I've only seen like 2 succesfully applied. I'm sure there are some I haven't seen, but I wouldn't say it is easy, or even close to easy for that matter.

Just cuz its not used a lot don't make it hard a lot of guys are just to big to bend and do it I think......Its pretty easy but you got to be able to get your knees up high and be able to have some wipe in your other leg Just sell out 100%
I don't know it seems easy to me but I can bend my legs up pretty good and their strong so maybe that's it......Its hard to practice it though I'll give you that cuz if your afraid of hurt someone with a foot in the eye you won't be able to do it well at all.

I thought the kick to the face immediately before the triangle was the icing on the cake. Rigg's head snapped back so violently I thought he might should've broke his neck.
I've only seen Salaverry fight twice but both times was pretty impressive.

I like all of em... especially the ones that make the opponent look stupid and helpless. Like they cant move at all. I know this is the definition of a sub really, but you know what I mean. Im going with the kimora. Those look awesome.
