He's beat Forest Griffin, Vernon White, Eugene Jackson to name a few other good fighters he's beat. He also got a draw against Dan Severn.

yes this fight is def gonna be real sick..because im a iceman fan, i was immediatly leaning towards iceman to win by knockout in the first round...i didint really know muhc about horn,,,however after doing sum research and wachin some of his fights i realized this aint going to be be easy for the iceman...horn has never been knocked out, hes got a head like a melon which helps a lot....pluus horn takes it straight to the ground so well, if u watched there first fight together....if chuck gonna win, its not gonna be by knockoutl,,,my guess its gonna go to the judges or chuck gonna loose by sub again....
peace

He KO'd Forrest didn't he? In the IFC tourney. He's also had some losses that went the distance with a lot of greats like Babalu, Rodrigo, Couture, Arona, and he gave Frank Shamrock a good run til he not surprisingly got caught in a kneebar. He fought really well against Shamrock though.

Yeah the fight against Frank at Redemption was a good fight and he was beat by the better fighter (im a big Frank Shamrock fan ). Yeah he knocked Forrest out with a kick at an IFC tourney a couple of years back. One of my fav matches of Horn's career was in the final of an IFC tourney against Babalu (which u mentioned). I was at that event and was a pleasure to behold. He really beat the crap out of Babalu and if i remember right there was a bit of controversy as Jeremy Horn accidently knee'd Babalu in the face while he was still on the ground (he was sitting up). Interestingly enough the referee missed the knee and if Horn would of carried on after the knee i'm sure he would of knocked Babalu out and actually won that fight. Of course Horn being the great fighter he is, stopped fighting and held his hands up to the fact that he had accidently knee'd Babalu while he was down. I mean as you would have seen at UFC 52 Frank Trigg low blowed Matt Hughes, the ref missed it and Frank carried on with the fight and nearly knocked matt hughes out. So personally it would have been great to see Horn carry on and knock Babalu out and win but hey Horn aint that kinda fighter.
I'm really looking forward to this fight Some really great undercard fights on the card to!!

As well as David Loiseau, Dean Lister, Travis Fulton, and Gilbert Yvel. And those are only the names that the average mma fan would recognize.

The only fighter in your list and the list you quoted worth anything is Forrest. And, Horn beat him long before he got to training with the big boys. Horn's in trouble.

Only way I see Horn winning is by Submission and I doubt hes going to be able to keep Chuck down long enough to sub him..
Middle of the second round I see Gumpy getting frustarted at his missed sub attempts and hes going to walk into one of Chucks deady Swooping right or perhaps a straight right..

There's a video there also.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - Three times a day. Five days a week. Sparring. Training. Game planning. Welcome to Jeremy Horn (Pictures)'s life over the past three months.
Sherdog.com Editor Josh Gross brings you into Horn's training camp as the light heavyweight prepares for the most important fight of his career: Saturday's UFC 54 main event in Las Vegas's MGM Grand Garden Arena versus UFC champion Chuck Liddell (Pictures).
In this free all-access video, which includes sparring footage with Tim Sylvia (Pictures) and Travis Wiuff (Pictures), and a look at his extensive workout program designed by Billy Rush, Horn discusses why he feels he needs to prove himself to the world.

Well, seeing as we're less than a week away, I guess we'll find out real soon. In the meantime I'll make a little prediction here. I say come Saturday night there's gonna be alot of people mumbling over the foot that's in their mouth.
If I'm one of them then great. I love an unpredictable fight but something is really telling me that we'll have a new lhw champ come Saturday.
BTW, I'm not trying to knock you at all but have you actually seen any of Horn's fights? I think I've probably seen about forty or fifty of them and seriously, the guy is good. You can't always judge a fighter by his wins and losses. I find it's much better to judge from what you've seen. The thing that kills me about everyone counting Horn out right off the bat is that he's the guy that the champions and greats go to see when they're training for a big fight. That should speak volumes in itself.

I think its safe to say that Horn has respect for Chuck's power now. Stand with Chuck, "Nice Try", better luck next time. That is if your head ever stops spinning!!

That ain't no joke.
I knew Chuck was going to devestate Jeremy. But, I must give Horn credit. The overhand rights that kept putting his azz on the mat would have knocked out many of Chucks past opponents. Jeremy was right about one thing...He can take a punch. And he took some knarly ones from Chuck.
