Default Tito and Jenna on the Fox News station

Did anyone else see Tito and Jenna on Your World with Neil Cavuto on the Fox News station? I was doing some cleaning and heard it come on. It talked about the UFC and his upcoming title shot and how him and Jenna are dating. She says she "loves" him so I guess that is pretty serious. She also just sold her company to Playboy she says and she's mostly retired. The guy asking the questions, not Cavuto but someone sitting in for him, didnt know jack squat about the UFC or MMA...he kept calling it ultimate fighting. They did a pretty good job overall I think. They also discussed how MMA was overtaking boxing in PPV sales and popularity. It was interesting to see them on a major news network that so many people watch. Im glad to see MMA getting more and more coverage.

Actually just as I was reading this, on TSN (canadian ESPN) they actually mentioned UFC briefly. Also on a local sports network they show results after the fights.

I know on ESPN sportscenter they cover boxing sometimes but I never heard them once talk about the UFC--or MMA for that manor...maybe it's because of network contracts or something...

That is exactly what it's about. They did have a "big" announcement once somewhat recently on ESPNews i believe. But you won't see UFC talk on ESPN because of their respective networks.

Jenna has been considered mainstream for a while now.

Even for a porn star, politicians on both sides have invited her to their events.....

Tito is smart. Stick with Jenna, she has the $$, the resources, etc..

Jenna is becoming another Bo Derek who is respected by the republicans.

Tito is smart, and setting himself up.

If Tito gets that belt back?

Jenna, the UFC, Tito and BAZILLIONS OF $$$$$$$$$ are to follow!

I think that I heard on tv that ESPN couldnt advertise for sporting events that dont air on one of their parent companies stations. I believe that came down fron Disney, who owns ESPN...unless Im badly mistaken. They can cover the sports news and what not but cant have advertisements and promos for stuff like the UFC since its only PPV and isnt shown on any of the stations owned by Disney or any of its subsidiaries.

Disney sucks.

thats great: "all the sports news fit for air, unless we dont own the compnay, and not if they are in direct competition, and maybe but probably not if their parent company wasnt nice to us back in the day"...they are like the fox of the sports world.
