Underrated:
HW: Assuerio Silva

MMAWeekly's rankings are surely the most respected MMA-rankings. That's where I got it from.
And I bet the majority of fans rate him even higher than #5, and he's already above guys like Henderson and Denis Kang. Generous. Therefore, he's definitely not underrated imo.
As for him beating "a lot of great fighters"...
If they are so great, how come none of them is in the top 10?

what are you talking about? quarry, tanner, shamrock, dewees, reed, the list goes on and on.
quit ******** and quit hatin!!
i, too, believe rich is incredibly overrated. when i made my list a few pages back, he completely slipped my mind, but yeah, i was always surprised by how high he was ranked.
funny thing is, once he fought an established fighter that had better than average standup, he got the beatdown.
maybe he should dewees or someone again to start the comeback.

i am literally in tears from laughing so ****ing hard. excellent work!!!
rampage will beat chuck.
and a period is generally used to end a sentence. it often serves to inform the reader that a complete sentence (subject, verb, object) and the idea it was intended to convey has been made and completed.

Overrated:
HW: Brandon Vera. I just don't see him being the champ, like some of you did before UFC signed Cro Cop
LHW: Rashad. His best opponent so far has been Jason Lambert (I think). Let him fight Tito, Babalu, Rampage, or even Bisping, before naming him the heir to the LHW throne.
MW: Franklin. I think Anderson Silva exposed some serious flaws in Ace's standup game. I still consider him in the top 5 of 185lb fighters, but he isn't as invincible as we thought he was.
WW: Kos. He's still just a good wrestler with sloppy standup. I promise you that once he fights a top 3 WW, he will get clowned.
LW: Sherk. Yup, the champ is overrated. I think he might be the 3rd best LW in UFC, behind BJ Penn, Spencer Fisher, and *cough* Melvin Guillard *cough*
Underrated:
HW: none
LHW: Keith Jardine. This guy has good standup, and nasty leg kicks. I could see him beating Ortiz, and maybe even Rampage. Rashad beat him on TUF, but I would love to see a rematch. And, we all know he was robbed in his fight against Bonnar.
MW: Marqaurdt, I guess. I can't really think of anyone at the moment besides him. I know that Matt Lindland was the most underrated MW in the UFC, but he's laughing his ass off at them now.
WW: Karo. He lost a war with Diego, but still brings the heat. Anyone he fights at 170 will have their hands full with him.
LW: Melvin Guillard! I love this guy! Maybe the most exciting LW in the UFC. Aside from a couple of mental mistakes, he has done nothing but impress me. With Tito in his corner, he is looking better and better every fight. I could see him being the Gomi of UFC. I see him getting a title shot very soon.

LMAO! Bisping? Talk about overrated, Bisping's the poster boy.
I disagree with you on Guillard and Sherk too. Sherk would totally dominate Melvin. Guillard's only fought cans except for Neer, and he lost that one. I love watching Guillard fight, but he's no threat for the title.

Nice list. I didn't post because i couldn't think of a good list at the time, but this is probably what mine would be with one exception. I would probably replace Tito with Bisping. I think he's more overrated.
