Who feels the wrath of Big Nog first?
I think it'll be Sylvia, hes the only big name thats going to available in the next couple ppvs that comes to mind.

Dana would only allow big nog to fight sylvia if he wants to put an end to sylvia's career. Than being said, big nog will fight sylvia first.

For me personally Vera would be more interesting. Vera could get the chance to fight a world class BJJ fighter and Nog could make an impressive first appearance. The UFC HW Division is looking better now. I see many people havenīt really touched on Werdumīs signing, but trust me he is top notch. His fight against Big Nog in the Pride OWGP could have gone both ways in the decision. However, if Pride is owned by the Fertittaīs, the worst thing they can do is start signing all of Prideīs best HWīs. There needs to be a healthy balance. They already have the #2 and #3 in the world with CroCop and Nog, balance that with "The Man" Fedor and Josh Barnett in Pride and all the rest of the talents the UFC and Pride have left, and we could really see a good Super Bowl in that Divison. However, if everybody goes to the UFC, who would be left for Pride?

His first opponent will probably be a sacrficial lamb Dana brings in from a smaller show. That way the North American crowd can warm up to him. Did he ever fight in a cage v.s. a ring in Russia???

I don't think it'll be any of the above, I think Dana will give him a warm up fight, like Cro Cop and Rampage got. They probably want to save the big name fights for when Minatauro "makes a name for himself" in the UFC. A lot of UFC fans will have no idea who he is before his first fight.
Of those listed I think it all depends on when Big Nog's first fight is. If its at 71, like I hope it is, he may fight the winner of Arlovski v Werdum.

I think it definately has to be Tim. He is a big enough name to give Nog instant cred to the average fan, and if Tim loses two in a row he can start his fall towards obscurity which is exactly what the UFC wants.
