What the hell is up with his head? It looks like it grew 3 hat sizes since his fight with Scott Smith.

He looks like Ken Griffey Jr from the episode of The Simpsons when his head kept growing.

yah he had quite a few POP NOTS on his head when they were showing matt serra at the end of his fight with GSP.

Yeah he got the crap pounded out of him that fight and his head was all swollen......It did look pretty nuts, I was kinda surprised he was even out their and not getting looked at in the hospital must have not been that bad I guess.
