It's funny how people have a negative opinion of Tito's fight game but both Kendall Grove and Mike Bisping credit Tito for taking the skills to the next level.

I don't believe I've heard anyone criticize Tito's coaching. Tito's a great coach and a great business man, and he used to be a great fighter, back when other MMA fighters weren't as skilled as they are now.

i would add that there isnt just tito coaching in that camp, but also other trainers.
it does seem starnge though that grove is so wonderfully talented but tito is still one dimensional.
maybe grove is still young enough to groom and tito is too old (pridefull) to change.
btw, i am assuming grove is still with punishment, i may be wrong.

That's basically what he does in every fight. Or he'd trade punches and fight a little standup battle to set up his takedowns, like he did last time with Chuck Liddell.
It wouldn't be so bad if Tito did this effectively, and kept winning all his fights, especially against tougher opponents. But this isn't the case.

Since Grove is on a win streak shouldn't he fight someone coming off a win instead of a loss like MacDonald?
I think Okami should be his next fight.

Okami is in line for a title shot. No way they push Grove up that quickly.
Grove hasn't earned a contender as an opponent yet. Belcher was just starting out, like Grove. Now Kendall needs a mid-carder to prove he can hang there.

Afaik Grove is no longer with team punishment. At least not in his prep for his last fight, might just be temporary I don't know.

Yeah I think Grove is good. He utilizes his size in the weight class he is in and is doing just fine.

He's obviously still got something to do with Tito's camp. I mean the guy Rocks Tito's shorts and does the Grave Digger thing after all his fights still...

Well he's not with Team Punishment any longer, the ritual he had before and might just hold on to it (even though he shouldn't )
