Default TUF 7: Episode 2

The FF favorites seem to be C.B. Dollaway, Mike Dolce, Jeremy May, Jeremiah Riggs and Amir Sadollah. And we'll get to see some more talent tonight.

So far, I'm liking this setup. Fighting to get in the house was a great move by Dana. See...I compliment the bald lawsuit from time to time.

Thanks in advance to Gygax for the vBookie event when it gets down to 16 fighters.

War Dollaway!

Question? The last couple of years they used to post for this TUF thread usually right before or during the show was airing. Is their a time frame for making this thread. I know that some people get kinda ticked off if you do it to early, so I was kinda wondering, just so if I did it I would not step on anyone's toes.

People got ticked off? If that's the case, file it under the "don't sweat the small stuff" category. I don't know of any time-frame for making the thread. The day before, night before, day of, night of...all make sense to me but if you have info and/or wanted to post earlier, go for it.

Poor guy's jaw has to be broken. He also has a bad concussion and possible contusion. I have never seen someone be that out of it before ever.

I agree, I know a lot of people are laughing at him, but when you get knocked out you get knocked out. He was on a different planet after that punch.

CB clearly has the most talent on this show. Hoping he makes a solid run.

That KO was sickening, likewise I have never seen a guy that much on dream street ever.

One of my friends from down souf trains with this Tim Creuder guy so im pulling for him to.

Episode 2 just finished - some pretty solid fights this episode as well, especially that last one with Josh Hall (L) vs. Matt Brown (W); I hope Hall gets called back as a replacement if they need anybody... he definitely deserves it.

Schultz vs. Zachrich was a pretty good one too. I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get to see the whole fight that Riggs lost, since the way Dana and the coaches talked after the fight made it seem like a good one as well - that fight should've replaced the one with that guy they were calling 'Slim Shady' who got dominated by the wrestler (or was he even a wrestler? It was hard to tell 'cause he got taken down so easily).

So now I've finally got a couple of early picks for this season:

CB Dollaway, Matt Brown and Jeremy May (the "mind your business" guy). I hadn't taken notice of May last week after the episode was over, possibly because he beat Rampage's friend so decisively and I wasn't able to gauge his skill that well, but I tuned into SpikeTV early this time and caught his fight again while they re-aired last week's show, and I noticed that he's a solid striker who makes good use of his reach; I hope he can improve his game even more once he gets placed on a team.

Also, looks like they're gonna trash the house pretty bad again on this season... not that anybody needed to tell us that.

It doesn't bother me just wondering.

My instructor and Tim are friends. A lot of the LA guys have not done well or represent the state a little better. Melvin, Kristian, and Clementi, are not a good representation of LA. To point out though, all train and or from New Orleans, which is not really considered in Louisiana.

That knockout was vicious. If you have ever been around anyone with head trauma, we work a lot of bad accidents, the crash victims breath and sound exactly like that, a gurrgling and moaning sound.

The last fight, Brown was pretty impressive, it looked like he was going to be in a bind, but pulled it out. This looks to be a pretty good season.

Yeah I agree on 2 out of those 3 guys. I would replace May with Creduer though. I don't know what his standup is like though so who knows.

Credeur did well in his fight, actually; however, I think some people would agree with me more on May if they watched his fight a second time. I'll admit to not paying that fight much attention last week because I was too busy trying to find guys who stood out as being really dominant... I guess it was hard to accurately gauge skill levels when the entire episode was packed with fights

I'm picking Dollaway and Rivera to be the winners of this season, but you never know. I also like Credeur just because he is from Louisiana.

Yeah man that was crazy bad. I thought the fights all were great. Did you notice how all the fighters seemed really nervous over past seasons? You could tell they all wanted it and didn't want to make any mistakes. I like the new format.

And when they were talking about Jeremiah Riggs "He doesn't know what he doing, he just doing it!"

This is gonna be a great season, there really isn't a heavy favorite right now, Almost every guy that won impressed me with only a few exceptions. Can't wait to see the vbookie on this, i might just pick a guy with decent odds just because it is so wide open!

Oh and the Matt Brown on this show is the 5-6 Matt Brown not the 4-2 one, I noticed that yesterday when I was looking to see who he fought.
