i hope bisping losses the fight, i cant stand his damn crying because he doesnt want to lose to a deaf guy. If he doesnt lose i hope he lasts to fight Matt so he can get handled.

Bisping dominated him, he's really well rounded. Good stuff.

Ken Shamrock as a coach.... I think he's pretty terrible. Who calls watching some dvds training? If that's training then I guess I should be ready for Pride by now. I can see watching fights looking to get technique and such out of it but compared to Tito's drills and conditioning the green team is at a big disadvantage.

Yeah, I agree. All I seem to see from Ken is, "you're going to win this, you have this one..." Pep talk is useful AFTER being trained, not as a substitute. I was impressed with Bisping's performance.

Yeah, Bisping looks like the real deal. Sprawl, striking, he was looking like a total stud. Either that, or Christian was just totally over his head. Maybe both...

You're right, Sham is looking like a terrible coach. His guys are supposed to be training, and he shows them a Shamrocks Greatest hits montage. I bet he was a little mad when they stopped watching and started training on their own. Youre down 3-1 Ken, time to revamp your outlook on training.

Bisping looked great in this fight! He handled himself great against takedowns and on the mat. As far as striking goes, he just plain dominated Kristian(sp?) who looked like the equivalent of me showing up to a college midterm after a week of partying lol........ahhh the good ole days

I'm starting to see a lot of things that I don't like about Ken now that he's on this show. I have a feeling that a mutiny is a brewin aboard his ship........

man ken needs to get in there and give himself and his team a good kick in the ass !!! how is watchin dvd's help you train?? i've been watching mma fighting since '99 you think im ready to go pro now
was it just me or did it look like they were watching ken shamrocks fights ...maybe they would have watched it if it was the fight were tito beat the **** out of him lol
the good thing about this episode ...NO team dagger ...thank god cause if had to listen to those idoits this week i was going to kick the crap out of my tv
i knew mike was going to win .... i didn't want him to though he can be real annoying....i hope he doesn't get drunk anymore and run his mouth like he did....thats what we have ED for. i think christian lost cause he just lost heart IMO ... it was like his mind was somewhere else and he wasn't all that focused ....

yeah I sorta hoped that Bisping would lose, but he was impressive. I never did like Kris anyways from the first episode where he bailed on training hard.
Ken needs to seriously amp up his training or he will get embarassed. also looks like we are headed for a Matt/Tait showdown in the LHW.
Also I'll cross my fingers that Matt gets to beat the living hell out of Bisping

I'm a Bisping fan. I liked him before he fought, because he seems like a funny and smart guy, and I like him even more now that I've seen what a banger he is. HARD shots on Kristian! I can't wait to see him against a guy whose striking is on that level. The sounds of fists and knees on faces is really intensified when there's less than 20 people watching the fight, as opposed to the sounds strikes make when they're competing with the cheers of 15+ thousand people.

yea yea, bisping did good...i still dont like him. He complains too much about Matt. Anyways i was impressed with his fighting, that knee was killer! split kristians head open. He also had him stumbling on a few of the good hits he had on kristian. I would really really love to see him and Matt fight though, you already know that bisping hates him cause he gets "special" treatment from tito. I hope they both last long enough. What the heck is up with Ken's coaching? does this guy actually know that watching videos doesnt make you a pro...i wish it did.

Bisping is my boy! I had money on him with in a pool with my friends from the get go...he looked impressive but it seemed that Kristian was straight up outmatched so it will be interesting to see how he fares against a better fighter....But I haven't jumped on the Matt Hamill train just yet like many others have...I wanna see what he can do....I'd like to see him fight Tait (another of my fighters)...I think Tait will work him on meaness alone...

I agree, I am anxious to see Matt's game. His two wins thus far are TKO's from GnP and I read they were pretty mean shots. The still photos I've seen from his second fight are him in the mount raining down punches. While he has been training MMA for under a year, he simply has a bigger mean streak than Koscheck ever did. This is from seeing them both live as amateur wrestlers. Koz was slick and very technically sound wrestler, whereas Hamill physically abused his opponent. And working the GnP with Rich Franklin the past 6 months before he got on the show has to help some.

The one thing that cracked me up was Bisping and Noah complaining that Hamill always goes 100% whereas he and his teammates might be going 40%! LOL, and you wonder why Ortiz might like the kid more? If there is one thing Tito is, its a fitness/conditioning freak, ever since his days as a wrestler. So of course he loves Hamill's balls to the wall style.

I agree with Bisping. I think you'll see Bisping and Hamill in the finals. Mike Nickels, Noah Inhofer, Tait Fletcher, and Josh Haynes are the other light heavies left, with Noah already advancing to the semi's with Bisping.

I really like the fact that none of this season's fights have even come close to going to a two round decision.

Bi-sping, Bi-sping!!!!

Missed the UK show on Friday but caught the repeat on Sunday night. AWESOME!! I never seen the boy fight but from his training he looked pretty well rounded. bit cocky for my likes but by the looks of his fight with rock boy (wail hard on my guitar) he has game to back him up. He seemed pretty good at picking his punches and didn't waste a ton of energy on pointless moves, Kristian seemed strong enought to do damage but after he got a knee to the cranium he seemed to forget what he was doing.

As for the Matt v Bisping scenario. Matt goes hard in training, which means if Bisping meets him down the road then he'll know exactly what to expect, whereas Matt hasn't felt Bis's rage. Personally, I aint too sure how broad Matts game is and whether he has enough to take Bis down.

I don't think there is any doubt that Hamill will be able to take Bisping down. While Michael blocked Kristian with sprawls a few times, he also let him take him down to his back. Hamill is 10x the takedown technician than Kristian is. The bigger question is whether Hamill will be able to take his standup game and whether he has anything on the ground once he gets him there.

I dig both Bis and Matt, so them in the final will be fantastic. I'm hoping matt fs up Tait pretty bad, cause I am sick of that dude and his king**** attitude.
