Rainbow six vegas 2
Is anyone going to get this game i know i am probably my favorite shooter of all time but other then that i heard this games release date is march 11

I have to admit i wasn't sold on this game at first, but now that i've gotten into and they fixed the technical issues, its a solid game.

Just spent the weekend at a mates playing this. I absolutely loved the first one so I was excited to see what they had done with the sequel....unfortunately its not too much, basically just new levels, slightly improved graphics and they've gotten rid of the 'red vision' when you get shot or hurt.
Dont get me wrong, its fun and I'll probably still get it but it just feels like they've released a few new levels, rather than a new game.

Have any one of you had problems with all of a sudden there being a disc read error. This is the only game I have that does this for the xbox360. The disc is scratch free, just wondering

I am a HUGE fan of the Rainbow Six series. Played the first 3 on PC. Moving to consoles initially I was wary of the lack of 'pre-planning' but I have grown to enjoy skipping out on the strategic yet boring steps. Still don't have a 360 so I have yet to play any of the Vegas branch of games. Looks amazing tho.

I dont have it, but I was playing it on a friend's PS3.
*EDIT* WTF is up with the PS3's installing times? My mate and I had to wait about 10 minutes to install Vegas 2!!!!! Possibly the most annoying thing Ive ever encountered on a console lol. Does it do that on every game??? |

Honestly, no it doesn't thats the RSV2 developers fault. PS3 does have install times, but it usually only takes a minute or two. At the beginning i couldn't even get the patch to install in the first place.

I have just caught up with the times and bought an x box 360 elite. I got rainbow six vegas 2 with it and love the game. Loved being tooled up with the assualt rifle and shotgun.
