Best Fighting Game Ever
I noticed this section is pretty dead. Anyway, if you had to choose, what would be your favorite fighting game of all time?
I would have to go with the old school Street Fighter 2 games. There weren't many like it when they were released.

I think I know what game your talking about, but it wasn't for super nintendo.. I think it was for the first nintendo, and it believe it was called Mike Tysons knockout something, and in the game your character has his back facing to you, and each stage, your opponents get bigger and bigger. Would that be it by any chance? That game was my favorite boxing game to date
P.S.- I think Georges is gonna do really well against BJ Penn

That was a good game But I thought it was a "beat em up" type game.

There was "Mike Tyson's Punch Out" and just "Punch Out". Same game, they just took Mike Tyson out of the final dream fight and replaced him with Mr. Wonderful. Yes, DD was a beat em up game, but you had to fight your way through it so I consider it a fight game as well.

I'm a fan of the DOA series and have all of the new ones on my XBOX. I'm also a buff at Street Fighter and rule with Cung Lee. I actually have the top record at our local university's arcade. I also play Tekken. My favorite character is Hwoarang. Anybody who plays that game can tell why.

DOA is a pretty cool game. One of the best.. Tried DOA4 on the 360 yet? Very good lookin game and they made it harder to counter. The LIVE is pretty much laggy though most of the time, even though my friend has an excellent connection.
In Tekkan, Lei Woolung is my main man. Or at least was back in Tekkan 2.. I know you guys remember that drop, kick upwards, and jumping round house over and over again.. He was so cheap I noticed they made that strategy harder to use in the later Tekkans.

Street Fighter 2 was probably one of my favorites along with Mortal Kombat. The fatalities were great back in the day.
