My e-mail to the ufc about a new game
i sent the ufc an e-mail about why no video game and this is what they sent me back...

Thanks for your email! Although nothing has been confirmed quite yet, we do have a video game in the works. Check back early next year for more updates!

I got an Email from the UFC Fight club today where I'm a member and it said they have some HD video game coming out in the spring on PS3
I dunno. I'm not gonna buy a PS3 until they work out the bugs on it.

i wont buy a ps3 until after i buy the new ufc game... i want that **** in my hand before i buy a system.... but i will buy a system for it!

EA Sports? nahh..i wanna RockStar! See wat they did to the simplest of sports..Table tennis..wonderful game. cant believe "TNA Impact the game" chose Midway over Rockstar..but we shall see the outcome. Petiton to Rockstar perhaps..think of the cool good things they have brought us..!!

Give it to the creators of Smackdown vs RAW. Yukes or whoever because all the smackdown vs raw's have been decent apart from the recent 1 which was rushed so if they didnt rush the UFC game I think they could do a good job of it.
Dont give it the E "Repetative" A yeah they may bring out 1 ok'ish game but then every single UFC game after will be the same but with better graphics. That is now the reason why Pro Evo is taking over Fifa now in my opinion.
Rockstar should also stick with games where you run around and hurt people (like GTA, Bully, Warriors ...didnt like there stupid sports games like outlaw tennis or whatever it is and didnt like manhunt)

EA would NOT make a great MMA game. They'd just pump one out every year and every year they'd only add one new thing and hype the heck out of it while leaving a ton of other things out so that they could add it later and continue to exploit the consumer and die-hard MMA fan who has to buy the game 'cause it's the only one out there.
Look at their sports franchises; Madden is buggy and a horror for a sim fan and their basketball games have been dominated by 2k sports for years in every respect. Their latest basketball game is absolutely horrible. Tiger woods seems to keep getting worse and worse as well.
While EA may be the most established game developer, they are definitely not the best; like any other major corporation they're looking for ways to maximize their profits and that comes at the expense of quality.

EA is known to release buggy games, my most recent EA buy is NHL 07 for the 360 and it is full of bugs. |
