For the past 6 months I had trained MMA for 5 to 6 days a week at the Gold's Gym in San Diego. Looking back I was having very slow progress in cardio and explosiveness. The MMA gym membership was getting expensive and I was losing motivation with little improvement and stressful work. A friend in my classes told me about some books he got online that were really helping him condition and gain strength. I am the king of skepticism but I when I get a personal recommendation sometimes I can be a sucker. Anyways I decided to go on the whim and try it out. The program he referred me really has an interesting approach and has already given me results. In fact I am able to train less and eat more than I was before and the results are killer. 3 months later Im more confident then ever and have started fighting at the San Diego MMA Academy. I recommend trying it if you feel like your not getting enough at your gym. It has a lot of good science and concepts that have helped me out. The program is called Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning Program and can be found at Top MMA Workout and UFC Workouts using Proven MMA Training Techniques Good luck with your training!
