Dude, I just saw Jon Fitch on IG and the guy is like 230 lbs. Still jacked though. I learned that he currently eats 6 meals a day. I found his meal plan on gumroad. I figure it would be good for guys trying to bulk up. What do you guys think of Fitch's new body???
