sorry if this has been posted. Randy Couture has finally put out a book discussing his unique style of fighting. it covers alot of basics but also discusses Greco-Roman techniques that Randy has used successfully during his career. the book also shows you how to put it all together for MMA. personally this is a book i have been waiting for and am very impressed with it.
